My Testimony

I know that the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints is the most true and correct church on the earth today. I am so intensely grateful to know of the redeeming power of Christ's Atonement. I know  that through Him all men and women may return home to our Father in Heaven. No matter how hard we try, getting there is impossible on our own. No matter what mistakes we have made, Jesus Christ will never forsake us. We can never travel too far that we cannot be reached by our Savior. We can never do anything so terrible that our brother, Jesus Christ will not forgive us for."It is not possible for you to sink lower than the infinite light of Christ's Atonement shines."
With that said, it is our job to never judge those who have sinned, because we are all sinners. It is our duty to forgive all those who offend us, because who of us is greater than God? He can forgive so can you.

I have a testimony of the truth of the Book of Mormon. Having read and pondered the book, I have come to understand that it is the word of God. The book holds the teachings of ancient day prophets in America. With the Bible, the Book of Mormon reviles the evidence of God's love and teachings to his children. I promise that if you read from it with honest intent, your prayers to know of it's truth will be answered.

God has put prophets on this earth, just as he did in olden days. Thomas S. Monson is the current Latter-day prophet. If you have any doubt about that, I invite you to listen to his words with an open mind and heart and if you do that I promise you will feel his divine authority and knowledge of God. 

Joseph Smith was also a prophet of God. From the very beginning it was said his name would be had for good and evil. No matter what is said about him, he was a prophet of God. I know that. If you need evidence of that, pray with true intent. Without his work on this earth the priesthood would not be restored on this earth. Without him, the Book of Mormon would not be available to us today. 

The priesthood is the divine authority of God, that is trusted to his sons, if they are worthy to hold it. I believe in the divine roles of men and women. While they are responsible for different tasks, in this personal and eternal plan, they play equal roles in helping the work of God role forward. 

God has an eternal plan for all of us. He has places us in families for a reason. They are with us to help us grow and teach us of love and patients. I know that there are no coincidences in this world. God has a hand in our every moment. If we are willing to look for the blessings in our life, the evidence of God's tender mercies in our life become obvious facts of life.

Satan is real. That is a hard fact. He is constantly trying to tempt us to break the commandments given to us by our Father in Heaven. Lucky for us we have a relentlessly patient and forgiving Savior who has promised to be our advocate and our Redeemer. 

If you strive to do your best and endure to the end in all you do, you will be blessed above your wildest dreams. In the name of Jesus Christ I testify these things to you. Amen.
